Gig Credits have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be assigned, transferred, sold, auctioned or traded. Gig Credits may not be used for past reservation costs and may only be used towards future reservation costs. Upon suspension or termination of your Gig Membership, all unused Gig Credits will automatically expire.

As of January 16, 2024, the $1.25 Shared Asset Fee can no longer be paid with Gig Credits or included in discounts. This fee helps Gig provide insurance coverage on rentals and will now be charged for every trip a Member takes with us.

Redeeming Gig Credits

In the Gig app, click on the menu in the top left corner and select "Payments & Promos." Type in the code you've received in the "Enter Promos" section and then press "Apply Code."

Your code should then be applied and show up under "Promos and Referrals" on this same page. The expiration dates for all codes you have entered will also show in this section.
