Gig operations to conclude.

Thank you to all our GIG Car Share Members. While we at AAA remain committed to developing services that empower our Members to navigate the future with confidence, we’ve made the difficult decision to conclude Gig operations. As we approach this transition, our services may be limited. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The final day for new Gig Memberships or to renew a license that is expiring before Gig concludes service was Monday, September 30. Read more.

We realize that this may come as a surprise to you, and we want to answer any questions you may have, such as:

Why are you ending service?
Since launching the service, we have continuously adjusted our offerings based on Member feedback and demand.

Despite our best efforts, we've faced challenges due to low demand, rising costs, and changes in commuting patterns. As a result, we are unable to sustain a viable business structure.

This closure will allow us to refocus our energies and our Team Members to meet our primary mission of serving Members.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact our Member Support via email at [email protected] or by phone at (800) 464-0889.
