🏃 Bay to Breakers
A San Francisco tradition since 1912, this 12K run takes runners from downtown over to the swells of Ocean Beach. A race and celebration of the city all wrapped into one, many come in their favorite costumes as they run/walk up the iconic Hayes Street Hill and through Golden Gate Park.

The Concord Pavilion Summer Concert Series kicks off with platinum-selling band Matchbox Twenty. 🏀 Seattle Storm vs. Las Vegas Aces
A new WNBA season begins with the Seattle Storm hosting the defending champion Las Vegas Aces in a rematch of last season's semifinals. With Sue Bird retired and Breanna Stewart now with New York, the Storm will look to Jewell Loyd to carry the team (16.3 points per game last season) into the future.

🌳 U District Street Fair
Returning for its 52nd year of fun, the U District Street Fair helps kick off Seattle's summer event season with 10 blocks of arts and crafts down University Way. There will also be live music and performances, and over 40 food trucks and booths at the two-day event.
